A suspenseful fast-paced book with many twists and turns. I finished it fast because I could not put it down. A great big thank you to Linda Perry for writing a book that helped me shed a few lb's. How does a crime thriller help one lose weight you ask? The author got in my head. The psychotic crimes and perpetrator described in the book terrified me and stuck with me well after I finished reading it, making my walks to and from work in the dark super freaky. Every twig snapping and shadowy alley makes me think of Sovereign Father, in turn increasing my pace to make an effective workout...and it has been a couple weeks since I finished the book. Great book!
I added this series to my to be read list two years ago. Randomly, less than a week ago, I opted to start it. I haven't been this taken in by a story in such so long time. I was certain when book 2 ended I had it figured out. Well I didn't. I mean yes the actual bad guy when he was revealed was someone I was a bit unsure of and didn't want to fully trust, but still I wad shocked to find out it was him. The seem less way these books are tied together yet still tell different stories is brilliant. If you want a data, unable to be put down, hilarious read this is the series for you. I cannot recommend it highly enough. I am so glad I finally got to knocking this off my list
I loved this book. It was unbelievable clever! Just when you think you've got it figured out it takes a turn and shocks you. I really enjoyed how it was written. Totally worth the wait!

The author did it again! Just like after reading the first two books, it leaves you craving more. Couldn't put it down!
Once again, as soon as I started, I didn't want to put it down!!! Linda makes you feel like you are right there watching everything unfold!! You feel so connected to the characters!! There were multiple times I wanted to jump right to the end...the suspense was killing me!! Definitely worth shutting out the world for a few hours, and getting tangled up in this thriller!!! Can't wait to read whatever Linda has in store next!!
Linda does it again!! Three in a row, knocked out of the park. As an author this girl has some serious chops. I hate that I've come to the end of yet another wonderful book. Crap, now the long wait for another. She has quickly joined the ranks of my other favorite authors... Janet Evanovich, Nicholas Sparks and Jodi Picoult. I can't wait to read what's next.
